1. RFC system is mainly for UNI Clinic client who are either already registered or who are to register with UNI Clinic.
2. New client may register through the system by filling up details as in the system.
3. RFC system is aimed at reducing the contact time spent in the clinic premise while obtaining optimum healthcare.
4. RFC System is based mainly on history taking while physical examination/ relevant tests that may be required will be done during appointment time.
5. Data entry made are confidential and to be used for that particular consultation purpose only.
6. UNI Clinic is to take each data entry as truth and shall not be responsible for any unwanted circumstances arise due to false data entry.
7. UNI Clinic is to take each request of RFC system submitted as consent for request for clinical consultation and shall be levied with consultation fee accordingly.
8. Payment can be made through online transfer or (BIBD) QuickPay app when it is available.
